Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 co-organis\u00e9 par les \u00e9quipes du Nepal Eye Hospital de Kathmandu (personnels de soin et logistique), de l&rsquo;Association Manoj (gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 notre coordinateur Dhan Bahadur Gurung) et des personnels politiques et soignants des dispensaires locaux. Il s&rsquo;agit du 9e camp de sant\u00e9 organis\u00e9 avec le Nepal Eye Hospital.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Kamal Bahadur Khadka, m\u00e9decin sp\u00e9cialiste de la cataracte, a ainsi r\u00e9alis\u00e9 59 op\u00e9rations, assist\u00e9 d&rsquo;un m\u00e9decin en formation (Dr. Mahesh Sah), d&rsquo;un anesth\u00e9siste, \u00e9galement coordinateur du camp, (Dr. Kaylan Dhungana), et d&rsquo;une \u00e9quipe de cinq infirmi\u00e8res. Au total 210 consultations ont \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9es, permettant ainsi de soigner un grand nombre de patients, essentiellement des personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es, et pour certains de recouvrer la vue. Les patients ont parfois march\u00e9 des heures pour se rendre \u00e0 Chipleti, la preuve d&rsquo;un besoin de soins dans cette r\u00e9gion \u00e9loign\u00e9e de Kathmandu (environ 7-8 heures de 4&#215;4).<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;h\u00e9bergement et les repas ont \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9s chez l&rsquo;habitant. Les patients faisant l&rsquo;objet d&rsquo;une op\u00e9ration des deux yeux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 invit\u00e9s \u00e0 dormir une nuit sur place.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;Association Manoj tient \u00e0 remercier ses partenaires, ainsi que l&rsquo;ensemble des membres et donateurs pour la r\u00e9ussite de ce camp.<\/p>\n<p>Un film tourn\u00e9 lors du camp de sant\u00e9 par 4 membres de l&rsquo;Association Manoj vous permettra de d\u00e9couvrir l&rsquo;action de l&rsquo;Association et ses partenaires.
