N\u00e9pal.<\/p>\n<p>Accompagn\u00e9 de Nad\u00e8ge MOREY, membre de notre association, nous avons pass\u00e9 8 jours en trek m\u00e9dical dans la r\u00e9gion du Ramechchap, r\u00e9gion de notre \/>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n<p>L&rsquo;objectif de ce voyage \u00e9tait de continuer \u00e0 lister les dispensaires de cette r\u00e9gion et d&rsquo;\u00e9valuer leurs besoins en mat\u00e9riel m\u00e9dical.<br \/>\nNous en aurons visit\u00e9 quatre.<\/p>\n<p>Au final, apr\u00e8s le premier s\u00e9jour d\u00e9but mai de M\u00e9lanie CHAINTREUIL et Johanna DEWITTE\u00a0 dans une premi\u00e8re communaut\u00e9 de commune (7 dispensaires visit\u00e9s), et notre s\u00e9jour (d\u00e9but juin) dans une autre communaut\u00e9 de commune (Tokarpur), nous avons pu constituer un listing des besoins en mat\u00e9riel m\u00e9dical des 11 dispensaires visit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>En r\u00e8gle g\u00e9n\u00e9ral les besoins sont les suivants:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Table de consultations<\/li>\n<li>Table both\" \/>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n<p>C&rsquo;est d\u00e9sormais aux quatre \u00e9tudiantes de la facult\u00e9 de m\u00e9decine de Grenoble (Yurani, Anne, Charlotte et Ana\u00eblle de l&rsquo;organisation NAMASTE Grenoble) de prendre le relais et ainsi d&rsquo;avoir la responsabilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;effectuer l&rsquo;achat et la distribution de ce mat\u00e9riel, ceci en plein mois de Juillet, en pleine p\u00e9riode de mousson! En effet nous nous sommes rendus compte que seul les instituteurs et institutrices \u00e9taient en capacit\u00e9 de nous indiquer les enfants en souffrance (psychologiques, neurologiques ou physiques). Les familles n&rsquo;ayant pas les moyens financiers de faire consulter dans les dispensaires ou h\u00f4pitaux leurs enfants handicap\u00e9s ou pr\u00e9sentant des troubles graves. Seuls sont soign\u00e9s dans les dispensaires de campagne les pathologies chroniques, pulmonaires, douleurs, infections Etc&#8230;.<\/p>\n<p>Les pathologies rencontr\u00e9es\u00a0 :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maladies dites neurologiques: \u00c9pilepsie, handicaps mentaux: probl\u00e8mes comportementaux etc&#8230;<\/li>\n<li>Maladies cardiaques: Valvulaires, ou CIV (communication inter-ventriculaire )<\/li>\n<li>S\u00e9quelles de fractures<\/li>\n<li>S\u00e9quelles de br\u00fblures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Maladies neurologiques<\/h3>\n\n\t\t<style Leur \u00e9tat de sant\u00e9, \u00e0 tous les deux, c&rsquo;est depuis d\u00e9cembre dernier, tr\u00e8s nettement am\u00e9lior\u00e9. Les m\u00e9decins envisagent une gu\u00e9rison d\u00e9finitive dans les prochaines semaines du papa et de l&rsquo;\u00e9ventualit\u00e9 pour lui de reprendre enfin son travail. Quant \u00e0 Rohan, il n&rsquo;a actuellement plus besoin de chimioth\u00e9rapie.
